There are so many benefits to practising yoga on a regular basis, and with everything going on at present with COVID-19, supporting the mental health and well-being of children and young people is more important than ever.
Mini Me Yoga brings the joy of yoga into a child’s life through a simple and fun programme which focuses on positive thinking, mindfulness and meditation, with benefits such as:

- Develops coordination, balance and flexibility
Breathing exercises and introducing children to mindfulness is a key part of yoga. Teaching children about their breathing is vital in supporting their mental health and wellbeing. Focused breathing can help with stress, anxiety, anger and lots of other things.
Our Yoga classes can be themed to something you may be working on in class, for example Space, The Romans or The Great Fire of London! It’s also great fun to see how creative children can be!
Our Mini Me Yoga Workshops present a range of CPD opportunities, afPE accredited, for schools to up skill staff in the delivery of Yoga. This cements the numerous physical and emotional benefits that Yoga classes can have on pupils, and ensures sustainability through the ongoing delivery of school staff.
